What’s on in Lewes this year…
The High Street will be closed from 6pm-9pm.
From offers in shops to activities around the town, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
There will be street performances throughout the town including Choirs, Morris Dancers and LGB Brass.

BARBICAN MUSEUM
Admission to the Barbican Museum is free on the night. There’ll be activities in the galleries and a children’s trail around the museum.
TOWN HALL
The Christmas Craft Fair returns to Lewes Town Hall (Fisher St. entrance) with over 60 stalls. You’ll be sure to find that perfect gift! Free Entry and open from 5pm.
Inside the Town Hall entrance you’ll find mulled wine, hot chocolate and minced pies to enjoy, whilst listening to LGB Brass and LOS performers.
LEWES HOUSE – SANTA’S GROTTO
Santa will be stopping off at Lewes House to hear all your Christmas wishes, so thinking caps on, kids. For the grown-ups – mulled wine while you wait.
CLIFFE PRECINCT
You’ll find festive stalls, food retailers and children’s fairground ride in the precinct. Look out for the Silver Sounds Samba Band by the Christmas Tree.
INDEPENDENT SHOPPING TRAIL
Pick up a reward card from any participating shop, the Town Hall or the Tourist Information Centre. Visit 12 shops on the trail and collect a stamp and a letter in each one. Collect all 12, guess the anagram and fill in your details to be in with a chance to win a great prize.

BEST DRESSED WINDOW DISPLAY
There’s a competition for the best dressed window and Deputy Mayor Cllr Matt Bird & Lewes Town Crier, Jon Borthwick, have the tricky job of picking the winners.
